聯泰香港鮮蛋液首間生產工廠位於香港西營盤,從歐洲引進價值超過兩千萬港元的先進蛋液分離生產線。該生產線每小時可處理高達四萬五千隻新鮮雞蛋,雞蛋經過嚴密的清洗和消毒程序後,進入全自動化打蛋機進行蛋白和蛋黃的精準分離。透過電腦分析系統,確保蛋白和蛋黃的高純度分離,並經過自動過濾系統進行巴氏殺菌消毒,全程在密閉管道內完成,徹底杜絕外界污染風險。經過消毒處理的蛋液會迅速降溫至攝氏5度或以下,並在密封環境中進行包裝,整個生產過程由電子系統進行嚴格監控。

2023年,聯泰香港鮮蛋液有限公司在大埔創新園開設了全新的生產廠房,產能較以往提升了三倍。目前公司在香港擁有兩條智能化生產線,設備更加先進,產品品質進一步提升,以滿足食品行業的高標準需求。公司亦榮獲“HACCP管理體系認證”、“ISO22000食品安全管理認證”和“HALAL清真食品認證”,質量和產量均有保障,深受業界信賴。

Factory Introduction

Luen Tai Hong Kong fresh liquid eggs first production plant in Sai Ying Pun, Hong Kong, utilizes a state-of-the-art egg liquid separation line imported from Europe, with an investment exceeding HKD 20 million. This advanced production line can process up to 45,000 fresh eggs per hour. The eggs are thoroughly washed and disinfected before being sent to a fully automated egg-cracking machine for precise separation of egg whites and yolks. A computerized analysis system ensures the high purity of the separated components. The liquid is then filtered and subjected to pasteurization in a fully enclosed system, eliminating any risk of external contamination. After sterilization, the liquid egg product is rapidly cooled to 5°C or below and is packaged in a sealed environment, with the entire production process strictly monitored by electronic controls.

In 2023, Luen Tai Hong Kong fresh liquid eggs Limited opened a new production facility in Tai Po InnoPark, tripling its output capacity.
