工廠介紹


聯泰香港鮮蛋液生產工廠位於香港西營盤,由歐洲引入一條兩千餘萬港元的蛋液分離生產線,每小時可將高達四萬五千隻雞蛋送入運輸帶,新鮮鷄蛋經過機器清洗並消毒,送往全自動化打蛋機,將蛋白和蛋黃完整分離,經過電腦分析程式,確保收集高純度蛋白及蛋黃。蛋液自動收集系統經過自動過濾器,再送往巴斯德消毒殺菌處理,消毒全程於密閉管路內進行,徹底隔絕外部污染機會,已消毒蛋液急降溫至攝氏5度或以下,最後經密封管路輸送至包裝,生產溫度全程有嚴格的電子監控。

與此同時,聯泰香港鮮蛋液有限公司還獲得了“HACCP管理體系認證”“ISO22000食品安全管理認證”“HALAL清真食品認證,質量產量均有保證,廣受食品商的信賴。

Factory Introduction

Luen Tai Hong Kong fresh liquid eggs production plant is located in Sai Ying Pun, Hong Kong, said production line at a cost more than 20 million Hong Kong dollars. It can process up to 45,000 eggs per hour, raw eggs are carried to the conveyor belt by robotic arm, then are washed, sterilized, and dried under high pressure air, it then enters the fully automatic egg separation machine to separate the egg whites and yolks. The computer analysis program ensures the collection of high-quality egg whites and egg yolks through machine vision.
The automatic collection system then filters the eggshells and impurities through an automatic filter. The semi-product is then immediately cooled to 2-5°C through a heat exchanger and enters the semi-product storage tank through the designated pipeline. Finally, it is pasteurized and automatically packaged through packing machine.
Luen Tai Hong Kong Fresh Liquid Eggs Limited has also obtained the HACCP Certification, ISO22000 Food Safety Management Certification and HALAL Certification.
